Roger McEowen is the Professor of Agricultural Law and Taxation at Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, and comes with a wealth of experience in his own law practice. We have asked that Roger share some of that experience as a part of our annual Winter Workshop Series to better equip farmers with what to know when they own fences.
